What we collect
Your account details (name, email, and a hashed password or your Google sign-in), your brand profile, the topics, scripts, ratings and exports you create, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure.
How AI processing works
To research, write, score and voice your scripts, the relevant text is sent to our AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google) and public research sources such as YouTube and web search. Providers process it only to return a result to you. We do not use your scripts to train our own models.
How we store data
Scripts, profiles and audio files are stored in secured databases and object storage. Access is restricted to your account. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data or your content. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Viral OS, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can edit your brand profile, delete any script from your Library at any time, and ask us to delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
